Do not use this app to order if you expect prompt delivery and useful customer service. I placed an order and got a confirmation email at 18:16 that the order had been received and confirmed. The app gave me an expected delivery time between 18:50-19:05. At 19:15 the app went offline and would not work. At 19:30 they emailed me saying my order was on the way. 19:45 they called and said my order had NOT gone out yet, and they would make fresh food and send it if I still wanted. I said FORGET IT!

Convenient and a blessing it's in English as well. More promotional offers or specials would be great. Only saw one promotional offer in about a year of app usage. A request for a customer satisfaction rating for delivery service after each order would be welcomed too! Most of the time it's a five out of five stars, but like today, delivery guy had a bad attitude. A few times, delivery person just exudes goodness and deserves praise. That is why this app barely achieves four stars. JMHO.

This app goes from bad to worse, it doesn't let me change or add a new address . You write your address and when you try to write the rest building/landmark it erases the address. And it doesn't let you add any other field
